Game Day Operations Intern
Key Duties: Assists with planning and execution of game day operations, coordinates player appearances, charity partnerships, school visits and community outreach events, assists with inventory and online orders of merchandise store.
Your Impact: Game day is the core product, so smooth execution directly affects fan experience and wider community perception.
Club House Intern
Key Duties: Assists with equipment layout, uniform preparation, facility set-up and team logistics.
Your Impact: Provide an organised work environment for a successful professional baseball team.
Data Analyst & Operations Intern
Key Duties: Assists with data collection, data analysis, advanced metrics transformation and presentation.
Your Impact: Interpreting raw data can provide a genuine competitive advantage for professional baseball teams.
Music Intern
Key Duties: Maintain player walk-up songs, create themed playlists, collaborate with game day entertainment team and respond to in-game events.
Your Impact: Music is the cornerstone of any successful game day experience and has a direct impact on fan retention.
Marketing & E-Commerce Intern
Key Duties: Assists with end-to-end merchandise management, e-commerce platform maintenance and marketing communications.
Your Impact: Team merchandise and online retail sales form a key pillar of organisational revenue streams.
Marketing & Content Intern
Key Duties: Manages social platforms, creates posts and short-form video, covers live events, and contributes to the team’s digital storytelling.
Your Impact: Digital engagement is key to growing the fanbase, especially among younger demographics and out-of-town followers.
Tickets, Membership & Hospitality Intern
Key Duties: Supports the sales team in processing ticket orders, managing CRM systems, helping with group bookings, and delivery of fan hospitality experience.
Your Impact: Ticket revenue and hospitality service are some of the largest direct income streams. This role supports both revenue and customer relationships.
