Game Day Operations Intern
Key Duties: Assists with setup and teardown of the stadium, coordinates promotions and giveaways, manages between-inning entertainment, and helps with logistics on
game days.
Your Impact: Game day is the core product, so smooth execution directly affects fan experience and perception.
Ticketing & Sales Intern
Key Duties: Supports the sales team in processing ticket orders, managing CRM systems, helping with group bookings, and executing grassroots sales campaigns.
Your Impact: Ticket revenue is often the largest direct income stream. This role supports both revenue and customer relationships.
Marketing & Promotions Intern
Key Duties: Assists with planning and executing promotional nights, creates content for advertising, works on email and grassroots campaigns.
Your Impact: Promotions drive attendance, and creative marketing can differentiate a small team in a crowded entertainment market.
Social Media & Content Intern
Key Duties: Manages social platforms, creates posts and short-form video, covers live events, and contributes to the team’s digital storytelling.
Your Impact: Digital engagement is key to growing the fanbase, especially among younger demographics and out-of-town followers.
Merchandise & Retail Intern
Key Duties: Assists with stocking, inventory, sales, and customer service in the team store; may also help manage online store orders.
Your Impact: Merchandising supports both brand visibility and non-ticket revenue, especially on themed nights.
Community Relations Intern
Key Duties: Coordinates player appearances, charity partnerships, school visits, and community outreach events.
Your Impact: Community presence builds long-term fan loyalty and often aligns with sponsor expectations.
Media & Broadcasting Intern
Key Duties: Supports the game broadcast team (radio/streaming), writes game recaps, manages score updates, and helps with press releases.
Your Impact: Help maintain professionalism in external communications and ensures that fans and media stay informed.
